The service is available exclusively to licensed healthcare professionals. By registering, you confirm that you hold the necessary professional qualifications. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to use the service solely for lawful clinical purposes in accordance with applicable medical standards and regulations. You must not share your account, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or use it in any way that could harm patients or third parties.
Subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
The platform, its software, and all related materials are the exclusive property of SmartVisit. Clinical reports generated using the platform belong to you. SmartVisit claims no ownership over patient data or reports you produce.
SmartVisit is a documentation aid and does not replace clinical judgment. We are not liable for medical decisions made based on AI-generated content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
