We process physician account data and, for clinical visits, patient identification and health data, audio recordings, transcripts, reports, consent records and signatures. We also process technical data strictly necessary for service security and operation.
Your data is used to provide and improve the service, process payments, send service communications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data is processed on infrastructure located within the European Union. We use TLS for data in transit and application-level encryption for stored audio, transcripts, reports and signatures. Access is restricted to authorised users and personnel.
Audio recordings are retained for the period stated in the applicable privacy notice, normally 30 days. Other data is retained as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal and healthcare obligations. Deletion requests are assessed subject to applicable retention duties.
